Ms. Lisa R. Porter

Lisa R. Porter is the Executive Director/CEO for the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority. She comes to the BRHA with more than twenty-five years of experience in the affordable housing industry and is Past President of the Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO) as well as the Little Ten Housing Authorities of Southwest Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of Commissioners for Virginia Housing and as the Chair of the Small Agency Task Force for the Southeast Regional Council of the National Assocation of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (SERC-NAHRO). She is a graduate of the University of Virginia at Wise and a Wise County native.
