• Executive Leadership Institute Application

The Executive Leadership Institute is a nine-month leadership training program for high level business professionals that begins in September and continues with monthly class sessions until graduation and pinning ceremony in May. This new offering convenes senior executives from the region’s leading organizations to build the critical capabilities required to lead and thrive in a world of increasing uncertainty and volatility.

One day a month, the participants attend the sessions which are scheduled from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at various locations across the greater Bristol area. Applicant’s participation on these scheduled days is required for successful completion.

The Executive Leadership Institute cohort-design program further builds and defines executive’s knowledge of technologies and trends and how to leverage them in their organizations, sharpen and expand their leadership skills and cultivate an exclusive network of peers and mentors. The program is designed around core principles and goals to drive sustained personal and organizational performance: Leadership, Strategy & Execution.

Your success as a leader ultimately depends on persuading others to adopt and run with your winning ideas. This program combines research with compelling interactive learning to improve your ability to work with and through others to drive business success.

This program is for you if you desire to build the confidence to achieve personal and professional goals, to gain a deeper understanding of your role in the organization, and the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience through customized developmental opportunities.

“Your effectiveness as a senior leader is measured by the performance of the leaders you manage. They rely on your ability to align, inspire, and drive business results.”

Leadership, and legacy, is for all people who want to make an impact beyond the execution of their assigned tasks. Beyond participation and successfully completing class sessions, each cohort will define a community/region project that will identify a need and provide the roadmap for addressing said need.
