    Requirements / Key Responsibilities include:
    • Coordinate and/or establish MRO supplier relationships to achieve the best value
    • Purchase supply stockroom items
    • Purchase equipment and machinery
    • Purchase parts, tools, and consumables (recurring services)
    • Prepare and process purchase orders and approve invoices for payment
    • Implement and maintain service contracts
    • Cost savings initiatives
    • Develop and maintain purchasing policies and procedures
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
    • Revise and maintain adequate reorder points for stockroom items
    • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
    • Work with others in a collaborative fashion
    • Professional written and verbal communication
    QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience, Competencies and Education
    • BS degree, or combination of college and equivalent experience required
    • Minimum one year of purchasing experience
    • MRP knowledge required
    • Strong computer skills
