Become an 11th Grade Career Coach Volunteer at EO’s Career Commons February – April 2025 Career Commons, located at the heart of the Regional Workforce and Child Development Hub, is becoming a cornerstone of K-12 career exploration and readiness. And we need Career Coaches.
Building on the success of the Careers Expo for Youth, Career Commons expands this experience. Students will deepen their engagement with career exploration and preparation through hands-on activities featuring 20 different regional employers across 17 career clusters.
Alongside EO staff, as a Career Coach Volunteer, you will guide 11th grade students in working on resumes and job interview skills as well as activities in the career labs. Lab-specific instruction and activities will be provided prior to your visit.
Unlike the previous Expo, Career Commons will offer smaller group sessions and extended visits to foster quality interactions and deeper learning. From arrival to departure, every aspect is designed to keep students engaged and actively learning. Frequently Asked Questions
