Description
This session will review ways to prevent harassment in the workplace as well as discuss the various types of diversity among employees. The training is designed to inform HR Directors, business owners, and supervisors on the latest do's and don'ts in these areas. What documentation is required and how to avoid legal action. The session will be led by Mark Dessauer with Hunter, Smith & Davis Law Firm
