Hands small “ I’d like to express my gratitude to you and the staff at the Bristol Chamber of Commerce for the outstanding experience that I’ve had in the LEAD Bristol program over the past nine months. The curriculum you’ve developed employs a truly holistic approach. I’ve not only learned about foundation leadership skill sets, but that coupled with the self-assessments, awareness of others and the community at-large, and the focus on volunteerism and teamwork is a model that should be widely duplicated.

 I’ve learned a great deal about how to function in, and help create, a workplace environment where people are motivated and empowered. This will no doubt help me in my career, but will benefit my organization, as well.

   That said, the best part of the program is the network of friends that I’ve developed over the past nine months. These relationships will extend well beyond our graduation. For that I’m very grateful.”
